Quaint little cottage on Bustins Island, Maine. You can walk to it at low tide....however, at high tide....well, I suppose it does limit those annoying guests who drop in un-announced as it is completely surrounded by water.....

Not in Maine. Many people have a dinghy as their extra car. I love that. It's too cute, but it makes me wonder if it would still be there after a good winter storm. Not a place to live, but nice as a Summer beach shak sans any important valuables to lose...

I wish....but sadly I didn't have access inside....would have been cool to stay there during the recent storms here in the New Enngland area. Perhaps I will investigate renting the place for a future vacation to the area....
