Dorrigo Hills
Lens: 18-55mm WR Camera: K5 Photo Location: Back of Dorrigo ISO: 100 Shutter Speed: 1/1000s Aperture: F5

On my way along the scenic Dorrigo Plateau and with the beautiful back drop and the K5,I pulled over the side of the road a snapped a few images.

Very beautiful countryside. I'll bet the smell of the grass was wonderful. Is that new-mown hay I see on the other side of the fence? All the more better. Nice shot. Where is it? State? Country?

Lovely shot. Looks quite a lot like the Blue Ridge Mountains here in the eastern USA. (Dewman: Dorrigo is in New South Wales. I know because I just looked it up. )

Ah....I can hear Men At Work singing "I Come From The Land Down Under" as I type! I'll have to go onto Google Earth and see if I can find it. One of my favorite things, visiting places around the globe with GE.

Thanks baro-nite.Your spot on with the location.Dorrigo is part of the Great Dividing Range which runs along the eastern side of Australia.

Thanks slowpez.It is a beautiful piece of the world.I would of loved to spent more time taking more images,but it was just a quick pullover on the way home.
