wood wasps of the same family

Both have needle like laying eggs apparatus. Are they of the same family? Wood wasps?


shot today in dairy farms estate. voigtlander macro flash and monopod.

Thanks Dave, gotta get used to this lens. I actually prefer the use of vivitar 105 macro. BOth voigt and vivitar are heavy incomparison to other macro lens.

great captures - I look forward to seeing what you do with the vivitar

they are all good, but there is a moodiness to the last shot that really makes it stand out

The last shot was taken with vivitar 105 macro. The frist two shot was taken with voigtlander. vivitar happened to be almost the first macro lens I bought those days, Trader Jim. days. year 2007.







Both shot with vivitar macro 105.
