Misc Daily Recovery Photos

I have just started my recovery after shoulder surgery. As I expect to be 6 to 8 weeks in a sling I thought a daily photo thread. Lucky I have my right arm still Working. A first it will be with the K-01 and 40mm XS as changing lens is near impossible. Perhaps not all photos will be good and to start they will be close to home. There is no particular theme just what I see that day. I will add a photo most days to this thread.Thanks for looking.

I'm back in front of the computer. Have lots of photos to go through and lots of processing. This was taken at Bethany on the top of Ushers Hill above Kingaroy. We spend a week there, unwinding, shooting and tasting wine. Although it is not a full moon it still was fun trying for a moon shot. It was fairly smoky as there were lots of fires around and the westerly winds hadn't come through. This has a crop and output sharpening with Nik Software.

This is the third day's sunset. The smoke was getting fairly wide spread and again the westerlies hadn't come through. There wasn't the colour we would have liked so Nik software, color Efex Pro to the rescue. This is a three shot HDR processed through HRD Efex Pro 2.

Well this is the end of this photographic journey. Although the recovery is on going, today is my last day of no driving. tomorrow, that is the Monday will be 8 weeks post op. Posting the photographs has been fun. It has taught me a lot. Practise does help one improve. I have looked through the photos that I have posted and I think I have learnt something along the way. Thank you to all that have dropped in for a look. Thank you to the kind comments. This was never for a critique, just my journey of recovery, to share with you here on PentaxForums.com.
