Works for me.
Can you share your technique?
I've tried a few of these by panning up or down and haven't had much success.

thanks mickey. Simple panning here, find something with vertical lines and then you have to find balance between your camera movement and shutter priority. I spent a lot of time shooting one object, it took me a while to finally did right movement with appropriate setting. Hard to help more here, try it again and again. One image from 40 works if you are starting with panning

beware of overexposing image when using Shutter priority with longer exposures

no filter used here. Only pp with adding textures and color treatment.

i hope i helped a little

Thanks mate.
Yeah, I tried about 12 photos and didn't get a good result.
I'll try again soon.
I used self-timer and started panning up just before the shutter released.
You're right about the over exposure...it happened to me.

BTW, your "Enchanted World" photos on your website are incredible.

I really like this one. The technique is intriguing and the results are stunning. It is a thing of nightmares for me so I wouldn't want it hanging in my bedroom.

Black blacks with beautiful luminous tortoise shell browns and yellows, lovely texture. I like it, not scary at all.

I've seen your work someone else - CE perhaps. In any case I also checked out your work on your website. Seriously impressive. Love this one too.
