Reverse Lens

Trying a 50 f1.7 reversed on my 100 f4 macro. This is some tough shooting. Doubt if I will ever get many good shots doing this, but I wanted to try. First one is some kind of assassin bug nymph, maybe 3mm long. Amazing how wicked looking it is this close up. Second is a very tiny leaf hopper. Third is inside a begonia bloom. These are not very sharp, I was hand holding using a 280t flash with diffuser.

The assassin bug looks like some type of crustacean, Dennis you are really getting up close and personal on these.

Thanks Bob. Have you ordered a ring flash yet?

No not yet Dennis, I used this months allowance to replace one of our motorhome AC units, it is on the back burner

Tough work to do these, I think they look pretty darn good.
