A Few Handheld HDR's From The Weekend · **1 Like**

A few shots taken this past weekend while cruising the streets of DC. All three shots are HDR made from 3-shot bracketed sets handheld...

St. Patrick's Parish -- First Church To Be Erected In The Federal City (Wash DC), Erected Around 1792.
[HDR was a must on this one, needed it for the iridescent colors coming from the glass in the main window]

A random building around the corner from the church [this office bldg is actually owned by a church]

Outside the National Portrait Gallery...

Was this the in-camera HDR? It looks really cooked.

No, 3 exposures (-2 | 0 | +2) blended in post.

The composition on the church one was done so to not show any of the surrounding modern buildings, this church is really crammed in between a bunch of office buildings. Pretty weird seeing this compared to the surroundings...
