Late Bloomers
Posted By: slowpez, 07-03-2012, 09:54 AM

A few shots from our last trip near Franklin, NC. The heat was rapidly killing off a lot of the flowers that bloom this time of the year.

Very pretty set Susan! I love the last capture, cool spider! And I especially love your unique perspective and compositions with the flowers. Thanks for sharing!

Really nice series Susan. My wildflowers are starting to look bad. The heat and drought are taking a toll on everything around here.

Thanks Tess. The spider was a surprise as I didn't see it until download. Funny the things that I miss when I am concentrating on one thing.

Thanks bluestringer. Looks like we are going back up to the 100's again. We actually reached 113 one day last week but the official reading was 109 and now they are fighting to get it changed. Why bother. Hot is hot.

Very nice series. I especially like the second image. Though all are very well captured.
