thanks for having a look and your comments, the honey eaters rarely venture into the open so its hard to get a shot with the subject isolated against a smooth background but the oof swaying gum leaves and the background sky highlights sometimes makes for some interesting effects, cheers.

thanks Bob, I first saw these just last week but couldn't get any shots, this time they just flew in all around me, a few shots and they were gone in a minute or two.
