Would be more stunning if you cropped it in half to the lower horizontally. Just my two cents =P I like the sun shining through the lower right, gives a nice hint to the blue.

Unfortunate about the tree branches, but still a nicely composed shot.

The branches are intentional to add perspective, but also to aid the composition by balancing the highlights of the clouds to the left of it. There are lots of sunset photos of pure sky and clouds with a bit of water. I wanted to add a bit more interest to my composition through perspective and balance.

I like it just the way it is. The framing draws you into the shot. It is just lovely in its simplicity.
