Plant patterns

I was fascinated by the simple, fractal-like structure of this plant.

I like your image very much! The bokeh light surrounding the bud is extraordinary. I also like that you centred the plant... very planetary in my minds-eye!!

Yes, it looks like a planet. A weird one that may harbor triffids.

I like that the tips of other branches in the background look like an almost circular constellation of bright points.

Yikes! Glad I didn't get too close!

Thanks for the comments - the bokeh of the DA35 limited macro is certainly nice. The only problem is that having a focal length of 35mm, you have to get very close to your subject!
