The full moon setting over the Flatirons near Boulder, Colorado. I have been carrying my camera with me every morning waiting for the right light and i finally got it!

Nice shots, the light sure changes fast that early doesn't it?

It certainly does! From the time I pulled off until the time the light had become "white" I think I had about 3 minutes.

Nice I like the first one. Very calming. The seocnd one was it mislty ? Looks a little soft could be noise or just OOF a bit.

As the sun came up some fog started to come off the snow so that's why parts of the second one look soft (I am guessing)

Thanks for reminding me of how purple those moutains are in Colorado when the sun sets!!!

When I lived there, I can remember the first time I saw purple mountains... it just doesn't happen that much where I live...

The verse of "purple mountain majesty" had a new meaning..
