Path not taken....
Lens: Sigma 8-16 mm Camera: Pentax K-7 Photo Location: Ventura, CA ISO: 400 Shutter Speed: 1/15s Aperture: F5.6

... not by me anyway. But I did stop long enough to try the new lens in low light.
The path leads to the beach. The ocean is about 200 feet beyond.

Not really intended from the start.... I just went into OnOne and tried out different effects and ended up with this one. This is one of those exercises where I like to take a very bland picture (below) and see what the software can do.

Wow, do I love this one. Whatever you used in PP worked stunningly. It looks like a painting and the colors and light are beautiful.

Nice painting-like quality. Could use a trip to the beach...supposed to be 110 degrees here by Friday.

I really like it too, playing with plugins is one of my guilty pleasures, very satisfying when you can create scenes like this.

I almost forgot about this one, which posted about a month ago. Thanks for your comments, and yeah, I often can't resist taking some of these pictures into Topaz or OnOne and seeing what happens.
