Looking south towards the Santa Barbara coast, taken from US 101, about 15 miles north (actually it's east) of Santa Barbara. If you look closely in the upper right, you can see Santa Cruz Island in the distance, about 25 miles offshore.

Nice GeoJerry I was in Santa Cruz with the family in 2003 or 2004 we loved it.

Love the California coastline. This is an aspect you don't see too much. Almost looks like wheat fields.

Dave, Santa Cruz (not to be confused with Santa Cruz Island) is quite a ways north of here, maybe around 250 miles north on Highway 1.
