Yellowstone, Hot and Smoking'
Photo Location: Wyoming

Photos from the area using the Kx and K5. The hotter the water the more clear and blue it is. We didn't visit Old Faithful this time, too many people at the Village, so we went to spots we hadn't visited before. If you haven't visited here before at times the sulfur smell can be a bit overwhelming and the noise the vents are making must be heard in person.

Thanks for showing us these Bob, we've never been there so that makes it especially nice. The colors in the last one are something else.

It is one of our favorite parks Lori, you can go from lush green forest to the starkness of the volcanic area, throw some bison, bears and elk in the mix and it is quite a place to visit. Glad you liked the photos here, I'll post some other areas later. Bob

What we enjoy to view Dave, is the mud pots that are super heated and bubble and burp heavy mud, quite a site to see

There are still so many places we would like to visit Charlie, but there is only so much time to do so. I bet Cash did visit all of those places.

Looks like you had the same good weather I had when I was there. Some of those things were pretty smelly :-)
