Norfolk coast

Hi,

I was down on the north Norfolk coast a couple of days ago in a place called Sheringham. Great coastline but the weather wasnt too great...











ans lastly some HDR tomfoolery Shame there wasnt a boat on the horizon though

Thankyou indeed Stu Wasnt sure if the pics looked a bit flat because of the light but all in all im pretty happy with them.

Great shots Tom. See how rewarding B&W photos can be?

I like them all but the crumbling old stone building is especially appealing.

About the first shot; I am not sure what purpose a wooden wall jutting out into the sea would accomplish. Care to enlighten me?

Thanks Jeff, and yes black and white is certainly appealling to me at the moment. The wall is to stop the pebbles and sand from being shifted up and down the shoreline by the tide, the same for sand beaches here also, keeps them regulated i guess.

The weather might not have been "too great" but YOUR composition and imagination were working overtime.

Nice work Tom. I especially like the HDR and definatelly the first and the shot of the Tea Room. With a lot of pain-staking cloning work the Tea Room would probably be outstanding.
