Interesting little creature. At first I thought it was a ladybug, but it is actually a golden tortoise beetle. It can change color and sometimes is solid gold. Lives on morning glory vines. Photo is a little dark, it ran off before I could change aperture and get another shot. Tried to brighten it up a little in PP.

These guys are incredible and beatuiful to see and your photo really does them justice. Great shot! The ones devouring the leaves of my morning glories are all Gold... Nature is incredible!
