I haven't given up on the bats yet so the bees will have to do for now.They are very active around my tomato plants and they do stay put for a few seconds making shots easier.The first one looks like he is playing with the pollen ball and the others show various places of pollen attachment for the ride home to the hive.My tomato plants are closing in on 7 ft tall now.Tons of green fruit showing so I'm hoping that it won't be long to start enjoying them.---charliezap

Great shots and fascinating colurs for a Bee, never seen this colour before.

The last shot is amazing Charlie. So much detail. I think Bob may be on to something with the Merlot though. Of course you will get lots of company from forum members after harvest. By the way, how about a couple of those tomatoes? A BLT sounds pretty good about now.
