Down in the Valley

This park has more than glaciers, beautiful pristine country gives lots of photo opportunities.

Wow! The pine trees really give a sense of scale and great light too, thanks for sharing Bob!

Mother nature can be really amazing.Like deaning said,the trees give a real prospective on how huge this glacier is.Your capture has done this well for us all to look at.Nice work Bob!!

We were headed east of Logan when my wife, Terri said, you better pull over you aren't want to miss this pic, look at that light down there. I of course had to do as I am told, thanks for looking and glad you like the photo here. Bob

Great shot Bob, but, what is all that green stuff? I know it is not creosote bush or mesquite, maybe some new exotic plant life. TFS.....Cliff

Glad you like the photo here, it is such a beautiful area and with the light hitting in the valley created the view we all like to see.

Cliff, it is sure different from the "brown" we are accustomed to in our deserts. What we have discovered that if it is green, it takes lots of water and or that white stuff to keep it that way. With the white stuff, it becomes very cold. I will get out of the area in a week and head south, if I don't I may have to purchase a coat.
