I like the first one a lot. I know this is not the critique forum so I hope you don't mind this suggestion. I would have used a shallower depth of field so that the background of your pic is less focused bringing more attention to the main subject and accentuate the lomo feel a bit more. You could really bring out the emotion in this shot as it evokes several things, is he approaching a friend to say hello or is it menacing?

Maybe it's my cheap computer or my aging eyes - but these seem a bit soft - not so much as that first portrait you posted, but still - not crisp. I don't know what to suggest but I'd check into it if I were you.

@deaning To be quite honest with you, I have no idea. Hahaha, I was just practicing my angles and what would look good and what not. But yeah, definitely appreciate the suggestion, I'll try that on my next shoot.

@jford, It's your eyes.

Hahah just kidding. They're not really... soft I don't believe? Maybe they are a bit. But I blame it all on my viewfinder. -_-
