Mushrooms popping up all over the yard.........

Very nice. Crisp, excellent color.
Mushrooms make great subjects - pretty, stately, rarely move during the shoot, almost never attack. We're having a wet season right now - I gotta find time to shoot some again.

Thanks for the comments. We've had some much needed rain here this past week, and these things are popping up everywhere.

Great pics! Read many years ago that the mushroom is one of the largest organisms and a single one can spread over several miles with it's complex root system.
