Confused Urban Cowgirl

Was in downtown Ft Worth tonight at Starbucks, where I sat outside with Mrs Rupert and enjoyed all the people watching as the busy streets moved with a steady stream of tourists and party-goers.
There was a huge variety of dress assortments....everything from short shorts to evening gowns.....but this one I just had to snap!

The hat is all wrong missy! Come back with a big Stetson!
