This is a stylized shot of an fascinating morning cloud formation hovering near the mouth of a canyon on the north shore of Santa Cruz Island. Between the less than optimum lighting and motion of the boat, it turned out not quite as I liked, so I took it into Topaz to see what might happen. I got a better result, but the noise level in the hillsides and sky increased a lot, so I decided to blur them out and go for a bit of an abstract look.

Thanks folks, I will keep it for sure! This one turned out very different from what I was thinking when I took it. Interesting the way that happens sometimes.
