Once again a nice composition. Maybe a suggestion to look at, increase your contrast and drop back the brightness should sharpen up the image a little and keep the detail showing.

thanks heaps for the tip, the editing side of it is trial and error, sometimes more error than trial, but we love to learn.

I'm not sure which post processing program you are using but if it has noise reduction facilities built in I would try using that as well as that helps.

I use Aperture, but have both Nik Software Dfine and Topaz DeNoise. I'll give them a go as well.

I do the post for AnnieBell, she just takes the beautiful photos. There is a lot less work on Annie's photos than the ones I take. It makes me a little jealous, , but very proud.
