LDS Mormon Temple
Photo Location: Idaho Falls, ID.

Built on the bank of the Snake River, this beautiful temple can be seen from almost every advantage point in the city. Perhaps you have seen this from Interstate 15 on your travels, here is a closer view. Most of the days we visited Idaho Falls we had smoke filled sky, this day was quite beautiful and bright.

Me too Charlie, but Terri always knows what is going on and always "tells me where to go".

I am always curious about how these look on the inside. I guess you can see them before they are dedicated, but I am not curious enough to travel.

You can't enter the Temples from what I understand unless you are a member, but Tabernacles and other buildings can be entered with permission or on tours such as there is in Salt Lake City, Utah. We will be going through Salt Lake in about 3 weeks and if we have time will stop in and take some photos of the area. Here is a link to view if interested, Bob.
