Travel Iceland!

Visiting Iceland for 10 days. What an amazing place! Warning, lots of HDR's in here, since I thought that so much high contrast lent itself well to that style.

First, a day in the capital, Reykjavik.

Hallgrimskirkja, Reykjavik's most well known landmark.

Street scene, downtown.

Church and upscale neighborhood.

A little grit.

Park and flowers.

Waterfront real estate.

One of the older buildings in the city.

I will be there on Sept 13th to Oct 3rd shooting. Heading there is two other buddies. He have rent a truck and camper for the trip. Should be interesting. Great shots. Not a big fan of HDR's but love the first image. JIM

Sounds great, but will be cold. It's still August and the wind chill is really something else. But it's one of the most extravagantly scenic places I've ever been.

Thanks Jer. Still trying to wean myself from HDR :-) but sometimes I really like them. Of this set #1, 3, 4, and 7 were HDR's.
