Let me know if this is getting to be too much. :-)

A few more landscapes.

On the way to Snaefellessness.

From Snaefellessness, near Budir.

Near Hella

Seljalandsfoss again.

Skaftafell.

Never too much but I am getting the image currently unavailable thingy again on #1 and 4. Is it just me or doesn't anyone else have this problem? Anyhow, i love these and am enjoying traveling along with you. Keep them coming.

Not sure why this happens, but try again. I reloaded the pictures.

Thanks so much. I would have hated to have missed them especially the fourth one which is stunning.

Great landscape and good shots! But I must say I am not quite sure about the softness, I just always assumed landscapes should be clear, harsh and jagged even. This kind of reminds me of those Elder scroll games like Oblivion and Skyrim

Thanks, I like this one too, but after posting it elsewhere the feeling is not universally shared. :-)

Well, no rules! I kind of like the softness as a counterpoint to the cold reality of Iceland's landscape, but I know it's not for everyone. I'm going to be experimenting with the soft ones to get the more realistic look and see how that goes. Thanks for the comments!

Oh yeah, definitely The contrast you mention is very present and it certainly draws attention. Now I want to try one of those "soft" lenses for landscape photography.
