This looks like you're quite close to the new south exit.
It's changed a bit and they're still doing more construction than ever... they've been working on that road for I don't know how many years.

I have lots of great night photos from Shinjuku and a new interesting daytime ones. The coccoon building is a cool one for example.

I was taking a few photos around Kabuki-cho last Thursday. Interesting place, to say the least.

I was tempted to take photos there myself, but I didn't want to risk getting in trouble with the people trying to encourage customers into clubs. Besides, the one night time walk I did take through kabukicho, I had to keep walking to avoid being dragged off the street by women offering massages.
