Our New Backyard
Lens: 43,50-200mm Camera: K5 Photo Location: Zion NP, UTAH

Heavy rains and flooding in the area last night, this morning the clouds cleared and we start a 2 week stay in this beautiful National Park called Zion.

I've only had one short trip there; two weeks should be fantastic. Nice set and #1 is especially good.

Thats a pretty backyard Bop! Especially the first shot with the clouds is excellent.

thanks Jeff, it should be fun seeing the effect different shades of light have on the mountains here, now if I could just get up early to get a sunrise photo.

I hiked up to Observation Point - 4-plus miles - for the awesome vista. I did not get that red cliff shot, though.

Awesome! I can't believe all the shades of colors in those mountains. What a view to wake up to!
