Summers End in the High Country
Lens: Super Takumar 28mm F3.5, 16mm F2.8 E-Mount Camera: Sony Nex 5n Photo Location: Northern Colorado ISO: 100 Aperture: F9.5

Here's a few photos I took yesturday while hiking up in the mountains. Summer is ending, the leaves and grasses are turning. Won't be long now til winter sets in.

Beautiful country up there CJ, you're really getting some good results with the camera and lens. Looks great.

Thanks Bob. I do like the camera, but it will take some getting used to. I wanted to get the K5, but at $498.00 for the 5n with kit lens, it was too good to pass up, especially since it has the same sensor as the K5.

Hiking in the mountains looks like a photographer's dreamscape! What a gorgeous place you have to hike. Thanks for sharing this magnificent landscape.

There's really nothing to see here but mountains, deserts, alpine lakes, ect... You aren't missing much

Yeah, it is pretty hard NOT to take a decent picture around here. I think you could give a monkey a camera and still get great shots

I've hiked thousands of miles up there through the years and I never tire of it. I count myself lucky in that I can leave my house and be at 12,000 ft in a matter of 20 minutes. Don't think I'll live anywhere else.
