Nature Various recent shots

Both Kingfisher shots were taken at a local park on a small pond.The first Kingfisher is a 50% crop taken from the path. I went back the next day and sat by the side of the small pond in the bushes and got the second shot [on the same perch].
It's a juvenile female with a ring on it's right leg.

Love the kingfishers. One day I am going to capture one. At this point I don't even care if it's a good shot. They are so hard to capture. I like the terrapins too.
