More Birds
Posted By: slowpez, 09-30-2012, 09:43 AM

A few more of my favorite shots from the beach.
A Woodstork, Osprey and two shots of Great Egrets. The last also has a group of Woodstorks feeding under the fighting egrets.

great shots again Susan, particularly like the last one ... I find myself asking what happens next? do the fly into one another or start dancing ?... are they as close together as they look or is that a telephoto lens perspective thing making them look closer together than they really are?

I like birds in action images and your captures are nicely done Susan.

Thanks Cee Cee. They were actually that close. I have a couple of shots of the two of them that it is almost impossible to tell there are two birds.

Thanks Dave. Not everyone loves a woodstork but I have always had a fondness for them.
