Laden with pollen

The Gazanias are out in abundance at the moment. This one laden to overflowing with pollen.

what beautiful colors you captured Bruce. This one must of been from the USA with the red, white and blue petals

It looks related to the Gazania flowers. Very nice.

This has to be one of the most colourful I have seen, The red white and blue could be Aussie as well as we fly the same colours. It reminds me a bit of an Indian chiefs feather headdress

We have masses of yellows and the occasional red/orange to break it up a bit.

Bruce, this is one of the most unique flower images I have seen. I love the centre focus, the composition, and the colours are mind blowing. Super shot in every way!!! Did I say how much I like it? wow...

This has just been accepted in the Pentax Photo Gallery. My first ever. The PEG however rejected it, saying the composition was too centred.

not quite sure what else you could do Bruce, its such a tight crop (and that's the point of the shot - I think) detail would be lost if it wasn't centered
