Wow! Thank you. I definitely have to go. Our base in France is Toulouse, lovely, too, but this is spectacular.

Thank you for your line, Ole. The mild sun rays helped the 'painting' a lot.

My pleasure to share them. Don't miss Metz and Nancy--not far from Strasbourg. (Pics of Metz, on my blog. Nancy will follow soon.) Very lovely towns, and very different from each other. I hope I'll have time to visit France in all directions.

Lovely! Loooong time ago since I was there. Have passed by it many times but never seem to have the time to stop there. Stlll have a night shot of that bridge somewhere, shot with the Powershot Pro1 (yes, it's thàt long ago!).

If they do so, I guess it's mission accomplished. Heading off to Strasbourg now to get my money from the Mayor

Great shots, and you even got some small boats and some white water in some of the shots. Any series with small boats and white water is fine with me.

I don't know why but shots like this one.. always make me want to sit down and have a beer.

But shots like this one don't make me want to go to church.

Go figure.

Comments like this make me want to get up and take more pics--and then sit down and have a beer
