Well I've completed the ring light and took some snaps for everyone to see. It works just fine, but I'm going to replace the base with something sturdier and hopefully cooler looking.

Out of camera straight RAW conversion:

Grunge effect I created and it takes about 5 minutes to apply:

Different coloured gel shot into background with contrast via levels and curves:

Thats all folks and I'll hopefully get the how to finished tonight and up on my blog!
