thanks for having a look and your comments dave, ... the weather has been a bit strange of late, just when you think the warmer weather has arrived it turns cold again, but I think all the plants & birds are pretty convinced its really is spring now!

thanks Bob, yes these are very delicate petals, somewhat translucent, I don't think they will last all that long but at least I've got the pics, cheers.

Lovely composition and textures, especially #2, I find white flowers can be so tricky and you have nailed these perfectly.

thank you Dean, I to find white a little tricky ( and yellow, and red, and... ) best to shoot a little on the dark side I think, and lift in PP, cheers

thank you Susan, Glad you like them, they are the same flower just 1 day apart, a couple of days on now and they're deteriorating already
