Macro Little elephant

No, it is not an elephant. I just have no idea what it is. But it looks like an elephant though.

I remember seeing these little beetles years ago but haven't see any of late and I know what you mean about their resemblance to an elephant.

thanks for the comments.i am still trying to figure out what is the name of this insect.but i can definitely confirm that it is really, really small.

Sorry but actually it is not an elephant weevil but probably is part of weevil familly. Where did you spot him ?

it was shot in my country, Malaysia. i read somewhere that they are usually found in Australia.
