Hohenzollern Castle Descent

The fog was stunning, but my photos just don't seem to precisely capture the mood. Never realized how difficult fog is...

I think so too! Well captured!
I know the place quite well. Once, many years ago I was there in similar kind of weather. I didn't have a camera with me at the time (it was long before I started shooting) but alwyas wished I did. It can be a very mystical place. Thanks for sharing!

Good job. I agree about fog being difficult to capture but you sure didn't have any problem with this one.

I think you captured the fog quite well too. It looks a little spooky to walk down that path. Do you have anymore images of the schloss? Somehow I missed this one during my time in Germany.

The fog, although it obscured so much of the “bigger picture”, really proved to be a blessing and did add a sense of mystery to the place.
