Thank God I have Live View
Lens: Sigma 105mm 2.8 Macro Camera: Pentax K5 Photo Location: Malaysia ISO: 200 Shutter Speed: 1/180s Aperture: F16

The insect was staying on top of some of the leaves that were too high for me. I switched on my Live View and used it to compose and get this shot. One of those moments when I definitely use Live View, though I dont really like to use it very much.

The entire font of the wasp? is in nicely sharp focus including the head and front two legs; great job.
The only time I ever used LiveView is in resolution experiments, but now that you've provided this example, I'll definitely try to become more familari with how to use it. Thanks!

I noticed that too! Great depth of field, even for f/16.

Nice A plus is you didn't have to have your face near the wasp.

Thanks for all the comments. Yes, I was surprised that it worked actually. That was my first time using my Live View in my macro shots.
