Prettier in Pink
Lens: 50mm Camera: Kx Photo Location: Pahrump, Nevada

It's been awhile for any macro shots from me, been too busy traveling and taking landscapes. We have several rose bushes in our campground garden and they are still blooming and we are almost in November so took a few photos to share.

thank you EM, I appreciate you taking a look. The gardener must like pink, there are several other plants here in different shades of pink. I'll post some later and then quit while I'm ahead.

Very nice Bob, gorgeous color. It's a treat, we have had snow on the ground for over a week now.

Very nice macro Bob. Can you darken the bright spot above the rose? It seems to draw the eye away from the rose.

thanks Steve, you're exactly right, I should of paid more attention when taking the photo, I'll reshoot later when the light changes or from another angle, thanks Bob

I don't think you have to necessarily reshoot Bob. A little PP should take care of it. I went from this to this in LR 4.2 without a lot of work. I don't like to over process my images because a little goes a long way.

I see what you mean in your images, really quite a big change for the better, thanks for the suggestion. Bob
