Halloween Moon
Photo Location: Nevada
Posted By: Bob Harris, 10-31-2012, 12:45 PM

took the photo through trees in our RV park looking towards Las Vegas, Nevada. Sometimes air pollution can be beneficial in shots like this, giving some great color. There's a bit of noise in the photo, but I think that was due to the ghosts and goblins in the air. Happy Halloween everyone.

Thanks for posting the awesome moon shot Bob. I don't think we will see the sun or moon for a few more days here yet - the remnants of Sandy are just spinning over us for days now - drizzle and dreary.

That's cool. Nice and spooky! I almost went to a haunted house thing tonight but I just don't feel up to it unfortunately. The kids are going though with my sister in law so I guess I'll hear all about it later via chat. Speaking of spooky things I'd better go fetch in a certain black cat. She's been out in the screen porch all day and it's getting chilly again. Tonight I don't want her out, even on the porch in a screen room....

Stan, I couldn't believe the damage that was done by Sandy, talk about devastation, you just have to feel so sad for the people affected. Thanks for taking a look, stay dry..

Well, you already have the black cat, just dress up like a witch to greet the kiddies. Thanks so much for looking, hope the kids had a safe fun time.

They should be on there way home now but I won't see them till tomorrow when we're scheduled to do a Target run. No kids trick or treating here, alas. They don't come in this park. It's all adults only, not families. You see people's young relatives coming and going but we don't have any resident children. Halloween isn't much fun around here, sigh...
