I am a bit of a rev head from way back and today I had the pleasure of photographing some classic Austin Healey sports cars when they had a show & shine meet in a local park. I hope you enjoy looking at them.

Wonderful photos.

I've always wanted a big Healey....ever since my Mother brought an Austin-Healey 3000 brochure from the 1962 auto show in my city. Long time ago, wish I still had the brochure. I was 13.

Very nice AH shots. The side-drafts are not too bad to tune if you can "hear them"...

Back in the day we would be under the hood with a stethoscope! Later on we would use a tool called UniSyn I think. I still have one of them in the garage somewhere.

I had twin SU carbs (like the Healey 3000 I6 engine) on my '62 Volvo PV 544 with the B 18s engine. I recall keeping the SU's in sync was a bit of an issue.
