New K5
Lens: Tamron 300 f2.8 AF Camera: K5 ISO: 400 Shutter Speed: 1/90s Aperture: F2.8

Just upgraded to the K5, Love all the features and the 7fps.
After test shooting I was very frustated with back focusing from my 300 f2.8. I could not get a sharp
image even after using the internal focus adjust up to +10. Got ahold of the Debug and was able to
adjust up +90. I may have a little tweeking to do but I would hope most would agree this is a good start.
I am going to love this camera, took some shots at ISO800 with great results too.

1/80 sec at F2.8

Nice shot overall and I'm sure you'll learn to love that K-5.

I really like the colors of the face and eyes. Nice! What camera did you have before the K5?

What do you mean by this? What are the +10 and +90 measures of?

The K5 has a menu that allows you to adjust your focus front or back. The numbers I am refering to are from the menu, I do not know
what the increment names are. The scale lets you go 10 movements front or 10 back, my problem was that 10 was not enough
to bring the back focus into tolerable range, at f2.8 your focus obviously has to be spot on.

In the manual the menu is AF Fine Adjustment. For the record I had to go 90 clicks forward to bring it in ( I had to use a program called Tether to accomplish this)
