My first photo post here, be nice.

I recently bought an FA*300 4.5 off a very nice guy here on this forum, so i thought i better post a few results. Thus far i'm very very happy with it, although i have used it with the 1.7x converter with less satisfying results (albeit enabling some photos i wouldn't have got otherwise.

Anywhere, here's a few from a recent long weekend we had in Shark Bay, Western Australia (staying Monkey Mia)

sorry should have said, it's the 4.5 not the 2.8. I value my bank balance and shoulder too much ;-)

Good stuff. f/4.5 ain't a bad speed for 300mm anyway. Enjoy the lens.
