I spent a while at this spot trying to get some dramatic wave shots. It didn't work out as well as I'd hoped and I didn't get the dramatic spectacle I wanted before it was time to leave. So I turned to my old friend Topaz for help.

Thanks Bob. You're right it was cold, even though it was Aug 25.

Very very awe inspiring shot Jerry! I too can hear the crash of those waves and feel the power just by looking.

Thanks Charlie, Tess, and Susan! Actually the waves look much bigger than they really were, it's a trick of the perspective. :-) But you really can get a sense for how stormy it was this day.
