Some nice work. I like the third best - kind of a fantasy feel to it because of the color. The last has a lovely, spooky feel to it. When I look at the histogram of the first, I don't get any true black - and adjusting does make the image stronger, I think. But that may be something about my system, since I've gotten that same result on several images posted here.
