This photo was taken half an hour before the "Noon Moon" at about 180 degrees in the opposite direction!

What does the term "noon moon" refers to? You guys in Vardo must be having 24hr nights at that latitude, or at best a hint of sun for a few hours. What's it, 70deg north...??

Thank you KevinR. 70 ° 22'14 "N 031 ° 06'27" E To be completely accurate! The title is because the picture is taken in the middle of the day! At this time of year we have no sun at all!
