One of my favorite subjects that I can never pull off. Love the last one especially. Keep wanting to look at it and see what lies behind those lovely tall stems.

I think the dark tones of the last one, makes it the most interesting

I really like the contrast between 2 and 3. But nice shots, must have been hard to capture it so sharpy, with no movement and no OoF blur

thank you Susan, Will & JinDesu, glad you all liked the last one, I thought it was just ok to begin with but added some "lens distortion" in PP using GIMP, which I think helps it along quite a bit.

This proves that simple subject matter can be a great photo. I like them all CC, great job for sure.

thanks for your kind words tess, I just had to google "timothy grass"but it does appear to be what I captured, I couldn't go past this single stalk in a sea of green, it was demanding to be photographed , cheers

thank you Ha Horuk for your comments, my old "push pull" Sigma zoom is not the sharpest lens in the kit @300m and wide open, these come out alright but there were a few blurred ones as well , cheers
