I took this last September and it has been well-recieved by people around here. In fact, it was selected for the cover of a calendar that a local print shop does every year, which features local photographers.
Curiously enough, this was shot with the K-30's in-camera HDR, but I saved the image as a RAW file and worked from that. I don't generally like the JPGs that the K-30 puts out in the in-camera HDR, but I save the good ones as a RAW file and have great results with those.

Excellent use of HDR, makes it look like a CG in a movie scene!

What a great photo! We stayed in Newport last summer; I know exactly where you took this brilliant shot. Congratulations on having it chosen for the calendar.
