Lots of people don't like having their photo taken for a number of reasons. They're on a police most wanted list , they don't like how they look or they haven't seen any photos of themselves that they think they look good in etc. Hard thing to overcome. I don't have many good photos of myself because when people take flash photos of me the preflash causes me to blink so there of lots of dorky pics of me with my eyes closed. At family gatherings everyone has a good laugh because it will take half a dozen tries to get one with my eyes open.

haha I know exactly what you mean, I'm the same way though so I can't be a hypocrite. I'll be getting an off camera flash with a takumar 55mm 1.8 soon so hopefully she'll give in to being my test subject, and when she sees how great the pictures come out she may start to change her mind!
